Donell Trusty, Jr.
As the Owner and Lead Instructor of Trusty Training Solutions (TTS), Mr. Donell Trusty is committed to assembling a team that embodies both friendliness and expertise.
His extensive credentials include: NRA Training Counselor, USCCA Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals Instructor, Utah CFP Instructor, Delaware CCW Instructor, North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun (CCH) Instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO), IADLEST Certified Law Enforcement General Instructor and Instructional Designer & Competitive Shooter
Beyond his professional qualifications, Mr. Trusty serves as an ordained Elder in his church. This role enhances his leadership at TTS, fostering a compassionate and ethical approach to firearms education. His dedication to integrity and community service ensures that students receive training that is both knowledgeable and principled.
Tramaine Trusty
Co-Owner of Trusty Training Solutions, brings a wealth of expertise to our team. As a certified NRA Range Safety Officer, Maryland Qualified Handgun Instructor, and NRA Pistol Instructor, she ensures our students receive top-tier firearms education. Her extensive experience in the judicial system provides her with a comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks, which she integrates into our training programs to offer a well-rounded perspective on firearm use and safety.
Leroy Lewis
As a U.S. Navy Veteran, he brings a wealth of experience to his teaching. Leroy holds certifications as a USCCA Range Safety Officer, NRA Range Safety Officer, Maryland Qualified Handgun Instructor, NRA Pistol Instructor, and Red Cross CPR & First Aid Instructor. He is also the owner of Hands That Help LLC, providing CPR and First Aid training. Beyond his professional roles, Leroy serves as an ordained Elder in his church, reflecting his commitment to community service and leadership.
Timothy Sewell
A Maryland Qualified Handgun Instructor, NRA Range Safety Officer and NRA Certified Pistol Instructor. As an experienced competition shooter and armorer, he brings practical expertise to his teaching. Timothy owns Lawfully Strapped Gunsmithing, where he specializes in firearm customization and maintenance.
